The passion and attention to detail of patron and chef Brian Maule is clearly evident in the memorable cuisine created. Formerly Head Chef at the Michelin-starred London restaurant, Le Gavroche, menus are French inspired and Maule combines traditional French techniques and locally sourced Scottish produce to create his masterful cuisine. Highlights incluude the Pan fried cod fillet with morels and creamed celeriac followed by the sumptuous baked raspberries in an almond cream with a raspberry sorbet.
